Hi, I’m Emily, I’m a dietician and functional nutritionist and I’ve helped people fuel and nourish their body with gluten and dairy-free meals for more than a decade.

 
When I first switched to a gluten and dairy-free diet back in 2008, I felt fantastic. I was sleeping better, I stopped getting pain from an old running injury, I performed better athletically, and I could think more clearly.

Hosted inside a private Facebook group, this is the place to get support, cheer each other on, and ask questions. Navigating the holidays, managing symptoms, feeling uninspired, needing recommendations, managing anxiety when asking for dietary accommodations…. We get it, and we’re here for each other.
