Hi, I’m Emily, I’m a dietician and functional nutritionist and I’ve helped people fuel and nourish their body with gluten and dairy-free meals for more than a decade.
When I first switched to a gluten and dairy-free diet back in 2008, I felt fantastic. I was sleeping better, I stopped getting pain from an old running injury, I performed better athletically, and I could think more clearly.

Navigating the holidays, managing symptoms, feeling uninspired, needing recommendations, managing anxiety when asking for dietary accommodations…. We get it, and we’re here for each other.
